Celine Dion plays at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City. This picture is just hilarious and its not her first “funny moment” kind of picture as she frequently makes these hilarious faces while performing! If anything I would attend a concert just for the sheer laughs I would get watching her facial expressions!

Her husband was also accused of sexual assault in Las vegas in 2000 he later paid the woman around 2 million dollars yet never admitted to fault the accuser and her husband were later arrested for trying to extort money over a false claim (like this isn’t the first time that has happened to a celebrity or their spouse!).
Celine Dion is often made fun of for her expressions and such while on stage both in the U.S and Canada. However she has said to not be upset but flattered people would take the time to impersonate her.
